28 Nov Investment into new 250 Tonne Plastic Injection Moulding Machine
To cater for an increase in demand for larger components from current and new customers, Malton Plastics has invested in a brand new 250 tonne plastic injection moulding from Haitian. The new machine has been delivered and installed alongside a new robot and conveyor system for automation of production.
The new 250T plastic injection moulding machine will increase capacity and take our total number of machines to nine. More so, the new machine will relieve the workload on our 350T and 130T machines, bridging the gap, so to speak.
The robot and conveyor system have been supplied by Geiger Handling. Simply this will allow us to automate production on the machine for efficient, reliable, fast and cost-effective production.
A big thank you to Haitian and Geiger for all their assistance with installation making it appear a simple process, also Rockson Lubritek for their role in supply of oil and additional service.
